TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS OF JON'S DIGITAL PRODUCTS:
All the audio presentations are mp3 files and the documents and books are pdf files. You download the files upon purchase. There is no physical ship.
Note: 1 gigabyte (GB) = 1,000 megabytes (MB) (1,024 MB to be exact).

DOWNLOADING JON'S DIGITAL PRODUCTS -- GENERAL STEPS (note: this is a one-time setup):
* In order to facilitate the downloading of the files to customers, Jon uses a "traditional" -- in the technical sense -- file download service: The steps to download the files from Jon's store are as follows: "after purchase, a 'download link' is emailed to you; you click on that link to go to your download page; on the download page, you then click on a link -- for a given file -- to then download that file to your computer; you then repeat until you download all the files."
* Note: Depending on the Collection you've purchased, most of these files to be downloaded are zipped; you unzip them after download. On windows/mac laptop/desktop computers, to unzip a file, you simply double-click on it. To unzip a file on an iPhone/iPad/Android device, see below.
USING THIS STORE TO PURCHASE JON'S DIGITAL PRODUCTS:
* As with the Apple/Google stores, a customer on Jon's store can complete the ecommerce shopping cart transaction from ANY device: laptop, desktop, smartphone (iPhone, Android, etc), tablet (iPad, Android). Major credit cards and Paypal are accepted.

DOWNLOADING FILES DIRECTLY TO iPhone/iPad/Android DEVICES (note: this is a one-time setup):
* Unlike with regular laptop/desktop computers, some "configurations" of iPhones, iPads, and Android phones and tablets, may not lend themselves well to downloading files directly from a store that is NOT the Apple/Google store.
* Should the download process from Jon's store directly to an iPhone/iPad/Android fail to start -- you may need to install a "file downloader 'helper' app" onto the iPhone/iPad/Android device.
